These Terms and Conditions govern general communications and services provided by Fire & Water Restorers Inc. Separate project-specific agreements, estimates, work authorizations, or invoices may contain additional terms.
1. Services
Fire & Water Restorers Inc. provides water damage mitigation, structural drying, moisture inspection, water extraction, and related restoration services. Specific services, pricing, schedules, and project terms may be provided separately in estimates, work authorizations, invoices, or other project documents.
2. Estimates and Authorization
Any estimate is based on conditions known at the time it is prepared and may change if concealed or additional damage is discovered. Work will be performed only as authorized by the customer or other authorized party, subject to any separate written agreement.
3. Payment
Customers are responsible for charges for authorized services according to the payment terms stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, work authorization, or other agreement. Insurance coverage, if applicable, does not eliminate the customer's responsibility for amounts not paid by an insurer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. SMS Messaging Program
Fire & Water Restorers Inc. may use SMS text messaging for general conversational and informational communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing service and arrival updates, answering questions, and providing customer support.
5. SMS Consent
When a customer or contact provides consent to receive SMS messages, message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Marketing or promotional SMS messages will not be sent based solely on verbal consent.
6. Opting Out of SMS
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
